By using VSA Systems services ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Simple.
VSA Systems builds and manages done-for-you marketing systems for contractors and local service businesses. This includes:
The Service costs $297 per month with $0 setup fees. Payment is billed monthly. You'll receive an invoice before each billing cycle.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Any price increase won't apply to your current billing cycle.
If you're not happy within the first 30 days, we'll refund every penny. No questions asked. You keep the website. We mean it.
You can cancel anytime. No long-term contracts. No cancellation fees. No guilt trips.

The website we build for you is yours. The custom design, content, and assets created specifically for your business belong to you.
Our proprietary systems, tools, templates, and code frameworks remain ours. You get the output. we keep the engine.
We work hard to deliver results, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes like a certain number of leads, calls, or revenue. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control (your market, competition, seasonality, etc.).
Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, though we do our best to keep everything running smoothly. We're not liable for third-party service outages (hosting providers, SMS carriers, Google, etc.).
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
